Top//Shorts//Necklaces//Shoes (Similar)//Hat
I’ve been seeing off the shoulder tops everywhere this summer! I find them incredibly flattering, feminine, and a great way to add texture to a look without adding layers. Surely a staple and worth the awkward shoulder tan line I might get from repeated wear of this top! I’ve also been wearing these ripped cutoffs nonstop this summer. I purchased them at express this spring and I’m very pleased with their selection of shorts. Usually I find size 2 shorts hard to come by, especially those that aren’t too…breezy. These are a perfect length and amazing quality considering I honestly wear them at least three times a week! Oh, and of course I’ve been loving this straw hat which I snagged at Walmart for $6!
Along with these fashion favorites, I’ve also been loving a new local restaurant, Mesa Latin Kitchen, which I dined at with a few local bloggers earlier this week. They served us a ton of my favorite foods from my childhood such as queso frito (fried cheese), tostones (fried plantains), and arroz de coco (coconut rice). Authentic Latin American food is hard to come by in the triangle and Mesa Latin Kitchen did not disappoint! You can see some of the tasty dishes they served us in my image below!
Mesa Latin Kitchen will officially open this Friday, July 17 at 4 p.m.! The celebration lasts all weekend with food and drink specials as well as live music on the patio each night! Make your reservation now, by emailingmoh@mesalatinkitchen.com or by calling (919) 973-2717!
