A few weeks ago eShakti approached me about reviewing one of their customizable clothing items. I had never customized my clothing before so I was excited to try it out. On their site you can order any clothing item as is, or customize its length, sleeve length, and neckline. With this dress I chose, I decided to customize all three! I added a scoop neckline, three quarter length sleeve, and chose the skirt length as above the knee. You can customize your specific measurements but I decided to chose their standard small (size 4) dress.
The Verdict: Overall, customizing my eShakti dress was an awesome experience! The turnaround on the dress was surprisingly quick, about 10 days, which is pretty standard for any online order. The customization fee is $7.50 for any garment, which is a way better deal than getting your clothing altered after the fact.
If I were to order from eShakti again I would also give my exact measurements. I wish I had done that with this dress! As you can tell, the dress is a bit snug around my shoulders. Otherwise, the dress fits perfectly. A customizable dress would be great option for someone who usually needs to alter the length of their clothes.

Nice choice! I have also done an eshakti review on a dress and customized the measurements. The dress actually ended up being way too big around the waist, so I had it taken in. I’m wondering if next time I should try just ordering by size instead.
