Since I was a teenager, straightening my hair has been a part of my daily routine. To be honest, I probably spent a solid hour every night with my flat iron all throughout high school and college. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve made saving time and my hair from heat damage a priority. Finding an effective straightening iron is a must, so I was very excited when Irresistible Me asked me to try their Diamond Styling Iron!
The straightening iron came packaged in a sleek black box, and I was instantly impressed with how lightweight it felt. I was also impressed with the swiveling power cord and thumb print intent that makes the iron very comfortable to hold and maneuver.
The straightening iron heats up within a matter of seconds and temperature control is made simple with the inner control buttons and digital temperature display. One of my favorite features is that the iron automatically shuts off after 30 minutes. As someone who always leaves the house wondering whether or not I turned off my flat iron, the auto shut off has definitely put my mind at ease!
Before I use my flat iron, I get my hair mostly dry with my blow dryer and large paddle brush. After a quick blow dry my hair is very poofy, wavy, and frizzy.
My hair is also very damaged from years of boxed hair dyes and heat tools. The Irresistible Me straightening iron prevents my hair from further heat damage through tourmaline technology that seals the hair cuticle and prevents breakage. I’ve also been able to straighten my hair in half the time with this iron!
Overall, this flat iron has been a game changer for me over the past few weeks! That’s so awesome that it doesn’t create further damage to your hair! I don’t use heat products on my hair too often, but I’d love to have a straightener like this that prevented further damage. My hair is so thick and frizzy!
The fact that it prevents further damage is the selling point for me! My hair is so fragile that I usually try to stay away from too many tools!
